5. CHANGE YOUR DIET.
Avoiding certain foods can significantly help control sweaty armpits. Reduce the intake of spicy foods, garlic and onions. These types of foods can increase the amount of sweat produce and contribute to body odor.
6. WEAR AN ANTI-PERSPIRANT.
To help control armpit sweating and to prevent potential for embarrassing odor, buy an antiperspirant. Antiperspirant works best when it gets directly on the skin so make sure you shave your armpits regularly.
