This is because some shoes are just not meant for physical fitness and can result in injury if you use them for physical fitness—especially over a prolonged period of time. For example, a person who is hiking or taking a walk may want to carry a bag with them so that they can carry essentials such as a water bottle, keys, snacks and whatever other knickknacks are needed. It is important to find a backpack that is comfortable and will give as few problems and as little pain as possible. There are plenty of bags that have sternum and waist/hip straps that spread the weight of the bag on different parts of your body in the pursuit of taking weight off of your back and shoulders.
